Other techniques I learned and integrate into my treatments

Traditional Thai Massage:

Thai Massage is a deep tissue massage. The therapist utilizes thumbs, palms, elbows and feet during the course of a session and combines elements of acupressure, deep passive stretching, reflexology and breath work.

Myofascial Release:
MR is a deep tissue technique. It can be applied as a single treatment but also as part of a massage treatment to soften hardened tissue.

Triggerpoint Therapy:
Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
I often use this technique for patients who suffer from headaches, migraines, jaw pain or sciatica.

Joint Release

Footreflexology Massage: sweet relaxation for your feet & body.

Our feet are at times the most neglected part of our body, though they carry us throughout our whole lifetime. This type of treatment works on the principle that our organs and muscle groups  are mirrored in our feet. By massaging the feet, the sole, the heel, the ankle, the back of the foot and your lower leg(s) with a variety of techniques we stimulate these zones and induce deep relaxation for your whole body. As with any good massage, lymph and blood flow will be stimulated to help your body detox.
